Bob Jones University has apologized for racist policies including a one-time ban on interracial dating that wasn't lifted until nine years ago and its unwillingness to admit black students until 1971.
Per MSNBC, Bob Jones University today apologized for its history of racist policies, including a delayed response to desegregation (1971) and a ban on interracial dating that persisted until just three years ago.
